What is one way you are already improving your 360 analysis?

One way I'm improving my 360 analysis is by organizing my belongings better, which includes my school work.

I think I’m able to sit down and actually think through WHY I’m feeling a certain way and that has helped a lot. I’m actually really glad that people were harsh with me so I am able to reflect and improve my ways. So now I would say I’m improving in not getting caught up in my own feelings and letting things just “be”.
